As a fast growing company, Fivetran knew in 2020 that we needed to adopt more Product-Led Growth strategies in order to grow our customer base. And we knew we needed to do it fast and through the empowerment of diverse sets of teams but doing so created a mess of data and real challenges in measuring the impact of all these efforts.
